'Final Five' gymnasts to appear on Fallon

The U.S. women's gymnastics team that soared over the competition in Rio is back on home soil, but still very much on NBC.
Jimmy Fallon announced that he would be hosting the "Final Five" on "The Tonight Show" Tuesday night, following an appearance on NBC's "TODAY" that morning.

All together, Simon Biles, Aly Raisman, Laurie Hernandez, Madison Kocian, and Gabby Douglas - who each won a gold in the team event - brought home 13 medals from Rio.
Biles led the way with five.
