Analysis:

Part of a revolving door between the Jets goaltenders, Pavelec will once again draw the start Friday. However, the matchup at home against a strong Blackhawks club won't do him any favors. He hasn't faced them this season, but his career 0-4-2 record with a 4.50 GAA and .863 save percentage certainly don't suggest success Friday for him. It may be best to avoid using the 28-year-old netminder in both season-long and daily formats.
