Jonathan Bernier will not wait long for his first start back with the Toronto Maple Leafs, as he's slated to start against Steven Stamkos and the Tampa Bay Lightning on Tuesday.

The 27-year-old is returning from a four-game conditioning stint with the AHL's Toronto Marlies, where he recorded three consecutive shutouts before giving up five goals in an overtime loss Sunday.

Bernier is still searching for his first win at the NHL level this season, sporting an 0-8-1 record with an .888 save percentage, and 3.28 goals against average.
