Call it Tootoo many men.
New Jersey Devils forward Jordin Tootoo accidentally ended up between the benches on Friday against the Detroit Red Wings.
The veteran pugilist missed a bodycheck, and flew over the boards in the first period:
The Devils were assessed a too many men on the ice penalty, because Tootoo's spill happened during a line change, and he was apparently still considered part of the play.
Rookie Joseph Blandisi served the penalty, and the Red Wings failed to capitalize on the power play.
