Minnesota Wild forward Nino Niederreiter learned that the hard way Monday.
Midway through the first period of Game 3, Niederreiter collected a pass at center ice and was rocked by St. Louis Blues captain David Backes who caught the 22-year-old with his head down.

Luckily for the Wild, Niederreiter hopped right back up and was no worse for wear.
