Vancouver Canucks forward Alex Burrows will reportedly not face supplemental discipline after his hit to the head of Nashville Predators center Paul Gaustad on Tuesday night.
Burrows won't be suspended or fined, reported TVA's Renaud Lavoie.
The NHL contacted the Canucks on Wednesday morning and informed the club of the news, according to Jason Botchford of the Vancouver Province.
Here's the hit in question, for which Burrows wasn't initially penalized.
The Canucks forward was assessed a five-minute interference major and a 10-minute misconduct at the game's next stoppage.
Gaustad left the game and did not return.
