Sabres' Zadorov will play Monday against Coyotes

Buffalo Sabres defenseman Nikita Zadorov will replace Tyson Strachan in the lineup Monday vs. the Arizona Coyotes, reports John Vogl of The Buffalo News.
Analysis:
Zadorov played just 9:46 against the Coyotes on Thursday before sitting out Saturday's game against the Avalanche as a healthy scratch. Head coach Ted Nolan had a long chat with Zadorov after practice, perhaps in an attempt to clear up what is expected of the talented but inconsistent defenseman. This has been the theme all year long, with Zadorov sitting the odd game here and there as Nolan tries to mold him into a pro. While Zadorov has plenty of upside, it's unlikely he'll realize it this year and will likely play a minor role on the team's third pairing against Arizona.
