The Buffalo Sabres will be without goaltender Michal Neuvirth for at least the next four games.
Neuvirth is suffering from a lower-body injury, Sabres general manager Tim Murray announced Monday, and will remain home as the team heads out on a four-game road trip.
Neuvirth has appeared in 18 games for the last-place Sabres, posting a record of 3-13-1 with a .907 save percentage.
Matt Hackett has been recalled from the AHL to serve as backup in Neuvirth's absence.
