Blue Jackets' Dubinsky skates in full practice, could make season debut next week

Brandon Dubinsky took the next step in his recovery Thursday, something the Columbus Blue Jackets are undoubtedly thankful for. 

The veteran center kicked off the holiday by participating in a full practice for the first time since undergoing abdominal surgery in October. He took line rushes as the Blue Jackets ramped up the intensity of his workout in an effort to get him back into game shape.

He will not play in either game this weekend, though, as the Blue Jackets host Vancouver before traveling to Nashville, but Dubinsky could make his season debut next week, according to the team
