PHOTO: Ducks' John Gibson's unsettling new Space Invaders mask
Anaheim Ducks puck stopper John Gibson has a new video game themed mask that he'll sport this upcoming season. The 21-year-old, who grew up in the video game generation, unveiled a slick Pac-Man mask this past summer, and now he's got a new arcade game design emblazoned on his lid: Space Invaders.

Gunnarsson went into more detail about the "Alien" inspired figure on the top of the mask:
And, oh, no, watch who the leader of the aliens are: it is The Alien Duck on the top of the mask, inspired by a certain Alien from a certain Alien movie, an Alien with a mouth in the mouth... or more precise a beak in the beak!
Hey, just so long as a baby version of that figure doesn't pop out of Gibson's chest cavity, this mask is pretty cool - even if it's extremely creepy.
