The Los Angeles Kings had just taken two penalties resulting in a 48-second 5-on-3 for the Chicago Blackhawks when one of the Kings' best centermen left the bench and made his way to the dressing room.
In a collision on the boards, Stoll appeared to fall awkwardly and limped to the bench according to Greg Millen during the Hockey Night In Canada broadcast.
Stoll did not return for the Kings' power play moments later.
