Rangers pick Filip Chytil 21st overall

The New York Rangers selected forward Filip Chytil with the 21st overall pick in the NHL Draft on Friday night.

Chytil was the 11th-ranked European skater on NHL Central Scouting's final rankings.
He can play center and wing, and is known for having a well-rounded game.
"Chytil is a speedy player with good hockey sense and offensive skill," according to Future Considerations. "He is a very good skater, with very quick feet and balance on his edges that allows him to generate good power from every stride and high-end acceleration in his first few steps."
