Report: Patriots host Nate Washington on free-agent visit

The New England Patriots hosted free-agent wide receiver Nate Washington on Monday, a source told Field Yates of ESPN.

The Patriots are looking to further bolster their wide receiver depth following the signing of Chris Hogan, and the 32-year-old could provide a veteran presence after a solid 2015 season with the Houston Texans.

Washington caught 47 passes for 658 yards and four touchdowns.
