The Atlanta Falcons have re-signed defensive end Adrian Clayborn on a reported two-year, $9-million contract, according to Vaughn McClure of ESPN.

Clayborn spent 2015 with the Falcons after playing the first four seasons of his career with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. He was the 20th overall selection in the 2011 draft.

Appearing in 16 games, Clayborn notched three sacks and 15 tackles as a situational pass-rusher behind rookie Vic Beasley.
