The Denver Broncos have released guard Louis Vasquez, the team announced Tuesday.
The move will help the team save cap space, as Vasquez was due to earn $6.75 million in 2016.
Vasuez struggled to adapt to head coach Gary Kubiak's scheme, and will likely seek out a team that runs with a more conventional power approach.
With Vasquez's release, offensive line becomes an even bigger area of need for the Super Bowl champions.
