Steelers bring back William Gay on 3-year contract

The Pittsburgh Steelers announced Tuesday that the team has re-signed cornerback William Gay to a three-year deal.

The 31-year-old posted on Instagram about his happiness at returning:

Gay has spent eight of his nine seasons in the NFL with Pittsburgh, leaving for one season in 2012 to play for the Arizona Cardinals.

He remained productive in 2015, registering 58 total tackles, one sack, and two interceptions.
