Amid reports that negotiations for a long-term contract between Kirk Cousins and the Washington Redskins has broken down, teammate Chris Baker is urging the team to reward the quarterback.
Baker used a nod to Cousins' signature catchphrase "You like that?" in his bid to get Washington to sign the 27-year-old to a new deal.
Come on @Redskins pay the man @KirkCousins8 #ILIKETHAT

With a projected franchise tag of around $20 million looming for Cousins if a deal cannot be agreed upon, there's little doubt he'll like either financial outcome.
