Rex Ryan's decision to add twin brother Rob to his coaching staff garnered plenty of attention, as well as some criticism.

Appearing on WGR 550 on Friday morning, the Buffalo Bills head coach made it clear that he isn't taking the criticism lightly.

"I can tell you this: our family is taking it personal," Ryan said, per Mike Rodak of ESPN. "I think it's hilarious. I look at it, I just say, 'Look at the background and see what happens. Someone's gonna be right and I know who that somebody is."

Rob was fired by the New Orleans Saints in November following a 47-14 loss to the Washington Redskins. He had been overseeing a defense that ranked dead last in the NFL in yards (424.7) and points (31.5) allowed per game.

The Bills had their fair share of defensive struggles, too, which puts plenty of pressure on both Ryan brothers next season.
