Report: Marshawn Lynch suffered setback during practice week

Marshawn Lynch had his long-awaited return from an abdominal injury put off another week, and it appears the decision was made as a result of a setback.
Despite being a full participant in practice this week, seemingly putting himself on track to play Sunday, the Seattle Seahawks running back was again dealing with pain during practice, according to Ian Rapoport of NFL Network.
Lynch initially felt he'd be able to work through the issue in the wild-card game against the Minnesota Vikings, but he informed the team Friday he likely wouldn't be able to play.
Once it became clear he'd be held out Sunday, missing his eighth consecutive game, Lynch remained in Seattle to receive treatment.
While the apparent setback isn't a good sign for his recovery, it remains unclear whether the five-time Pro Bowler will return for the divisional round should Seattle advance.
Christine Michael, who ran for a career-high 102 yards in a Week 17 win over the Arizona Cardinals, will continue as the Seahawks' lead back until Lynch is cleared to play.
