Report: Lions' Johnson, Prater expected to play vs. Packers
Detroit Lions wide receiver Calvin Johnson and kicker Matt Prater are expected to play Thursday night against the Green Bay Packers, NFL Network's Albert Breer reports.
Johnson has now been playing through an ankle issue for several games. While there wasn't any indication that he was at risk of sitting out, missing a practice between two limited sessions once again had him listed as questionable.
Prater also received the questionable tag due to an illness that sidelined him early in the week. He returned for limited work Wednesday, however, which appears to have him on track to play.
Glover Quin's status, according to Breer's report, remains in doubt. The safety was forced from Detroit's Thanksgiving Day win with an ankle injury and is considered questionable to play after being limited in three consecutive practices.
The Lions enter Thursday's game in search of a fourth consecutive win and a season sweep of the division-rival Packers.
