Report: 49ers fear Dorsey suffered torn ACL

San Francisco 49ers defensive tackle Glenn Dorsey went down early in Sunday's loss to the Seattle Seahawks and the team fears it could be an ACL injury, Matt Maioco of CSN Bay Area reports.
Dorsey had to be carted off the field, which is an ominous sign for any player who suffers a knee injury. A torn ACL would effectively end his season, and while it sounds like that may be what happened, we will wait for the MRI results Monday.
If Dorsey is required to miss time, Arik Armstead should slide into the starting lineup.
