New York Jets linebacker Lorenzo Mauldin was released from hospital Monday after being kept overnight because of a concussion suffered against the Cleveland Browns.
Mauldin had to be carted off the field after suffering the injury while forcing a fumble.
A rookie third-rounder out of Louisville, Mauldin tweeted out his appreciation for the support he's received.
Thanks to fans, family, friends prayers and Mount Sinai Hospital for their awesome TLC. I will be perfectly fine. The lord was with me. TY
