Automotive giant Mercedes-Benz captured the naming rights to the Atlanta Falcons' new stadium, the team announced Monday.

Mercedes-Benz Stadium is slated to open for the 2017 season. The contract will extend through 2042, according to ESPN's Vaughn McClure.

A website replete with photos and information about Mercedes-Benz Stadium was released. The new building features an 100-yard long bar, 360-degree high-definition video board, and can host up to 83,000 fans.

"Mercedes-Benz fits all the criteria we set out in finding a naming-rights partner," Falcons owner Arthur Blank said. "Their reputation fit the iconic image of the building: they are committed to excellence in customer service and experience; their values mesh with those of the Falcons, Atlanta United, and the rest of our business; and they are a company that embraces the communities in which they do business."

Mercedes-Benz also holds the naming rights to the Falcons' rival New Orleans Saints' stadium.

Financial terms of the deal were not released. The Georgia Dome hosted the Falcons from 1992 to present day.
