A Memorial Day storm that left parts of the Houston area under water has prompted the Houston Texans to cancel the first day of their scheduled OTAs.
The team says it plans to begin work Wednesday at the earliest.
Residents have been advised to stay home until roads and freeways are cleared. Thousands remained without power early Tuesday.
