The San Francisco 49ers have selected safety Jaquiski Tartt out of Samford in the second round of the 2015 NFL Draft.
San Francisco's defense lost several key contributors this offseason, including Patrick Willis, Chris Borland and Perrish Cox. Tartt allows them to bring an impact player back into the fold.
Tartt is a hard-hitting safety that can separate receivers from the ball. New head coach Jim Tomsula will be looking forward to moving him all over the field.
