PHOTO: J.J. Watt tries, fails to land 5-foot-1 box jump

Houston Texans defensive end J.J. Watt is a heck of an athlete, but he still operates within the realm of physics and thus has physical limits.

Watt learned one of his limits Monday when he attempted to jump to a height of 5-foot-1 from a standing position. Watt has previously landed jumps of over four-and-a-half feet

He may land 5-foot-1 one day, but he isn't quite there yet:

Kudos to his spotter, who did his best but never really had a chance of catching the 289-pound Watt. The look of sheer terror on the spotter's face in the bottom-left frame is fantastic.
