Chargers place punter Mike Scifres on IR

The San Diego Chargers have placed punter Mike Scifres on injured reserve with a shoulder injury.
Scifres suffered the injury in Week 14 and hasn't played since.
In a corresponding move, the Chargers promoted center Jeff Baca from the practice squad.
They will finish the season with Mat McBriar handling the punting duties.
