The Arizona Cardinals could be without quarterback Drew Stanton for longer than expected.
Stanton could be sidelined for a month after suffering a partially torn ACL and MCL, according to Chris Mortensen of ESPN.
Initially, it was believed Stanton had an MCL sprain.
Stanton was filling in for Carson Palmer, who went down for the season with a torn ACL of his own. Ryan Lindley figures to be tasked with the starting job until Stanton can return.
