Dolphins' Cortland Finnegan doubtful to play vs. Broncos

Miami Dolphins cornerback Cortland Finnegan is doubtful to play Sunday against the Denver Broncos with an ankle injury.
Finnegan missed last Thursday's game against the Buffalo Bills.
Jamar Taylor will get increased snaps if Finnegan can't play.
