Browns' Josh Gordon excelled in salesman gig, sold car to Cavaliers' Mike Miller

Cleveland Browns wide receiver Josh Gordon may be getting set to return to the football field, but he can only hope to reach the same highs he did in his gig off it.

Gordon worked at Sarchione Auto in Randolph, Ohio, while serving his 10-game suspension from the NFL, and at least one of his co-workers was very impressed with his work.

"He did really good," co-worker Mike Sabatine said, as reported by Yahoo Sports. "A respectful young man. And he sold a lot of cars."

Among the dozen or so cars Gordon sold, was a Chevy Suburban, leased to Mike Miller of the Cleveland Cavaliers.

Gordon did more than just use his star power to sell cars.

"He was a great worker," Sabatine says. "He worked extra hours, too. He came in, checked the cars, followed up with sold and unsold customers."

While Gordon's focus is now on the Atlanta Falcons, who the Browns will visit on Sunday, his career as a salesman may not be entirely behind him.

"He's still somewhat with the company," Sabatine said. "I think he'll come back in the offseason, too."
