Tennessee Titans offensive tackle Taylor Lewan probably won't have to spend part of his bye week in court, after all.

Jim Wyatt of The Tennessean reports Lewan's attorney reached a settlement with the other parties involved in an alleged altercation that occurred in Ann Arbor, Mich., last December while Lewan was a student at Michigan.

Lewan, the Titans' first-round pick, was charged with one count of misdemeanor aggravated assault and two counts of assault and battery for the incident.

The settlement means Lewan will not be convicted in the case and likely won't face NFL discipline.
