Lions' Joique Bell returns to full practice Wednesday

Amid some injury issues on the offensive side of the ball, the Detroit Lions' running game appears set to get a much-needed boost heading into Week 6.
After a concussion forced him to miss last week's loss to the Buffalo Bills, running back Joique Bell returned to team practice as a full participant Wednesday, giving him a good chance to play in Sunday's game against the Minnesota Vikings.
With Reggie Bush likely to miss a week with an ankle injury, and star wide receiver Calvin Johnson dealing with an ankle issue of his own, the Lions should lean heavily on Bell in a feature role.
In four games, mostly splitting backfield reps with Bush, Bell has tallied 48 carries for 152 yards and one touchdown.
