Falcons' Justin Blalock leaves game with back injury; return questionable

A back injury has forced Atlanta Falcons guard Justin Blalock out of Sunday's game against the Minnesota Vikings, and his return is questionable.

Blalock was replaced on the field by veteran Gabe Carimi.

The 30-year-old Texas product has been a mainstay on the Falcons offensive line for almost a decade, starting 113 games in eight years.
