Report: Jerry Rice Jr. to try out for Ravens
There are pros and cons when you try and follow in the footsteps of your father who is the greatest receiver of all time. The negative is it will be nearly impossible to live up to expectations, but the positive is you will get opportunities based on your name.
Jerry Rice Jr. will reportedly tryout for the Baltimore Ravens, according to Aaron Wilson of the Baltimore Sun.
Rice made just 11 receptions for 86 yards and a touchdown last year at UNLV. At 5-foot-11 and 185 pounds with a 40 time of 4.68, his chances of making the Ravens are slim.
