Well, Tanard Jackson's return to the Washington Redskins didn't last very long.
According to the NFL’s personnel notice, the Redskins terminated the contract of safety Tanard Jackson.

Jackson was reinstated by the league Tuesday and released by the Redskins on the same day. The safety was suspended for the last two seasons for multiple violations of the NFL's substance abuse policy.
Jackson signed with Washington in 2012 after five seasons with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, but never appeared in a game for the Redskins because of the suspension. The possibility still exists Washington could opt to re-sign him, but it appears as if the team would rather just move on from the whole situation.
Jackson, a fourth-round pick in 2007, recorded 239 tackles, 10 interceptions, six forced fumbles and one sack in 56 career games played with the Buccaneers.
