Hatcher's 11 sacks in 2013 were a career high for the 31-year old, and would have been good enough to lead the Redskins defence as well.
The Redskins have not officially announced the deal yet, but Hatcher's agent, Jordan Woy, tweeted that the terms have been agreed upon.
