Giants new OC Ben McAdoo gets a 2-year deal
New York Giants new offensive coordinator Ben McAdoo will be on a two-year contract, a fact that is raising some eyebrows considering head coach and senior citizen Tom Coughlin only has one year left on his deal.
Ben McAdoo's contract with the Giants will be for two years, per sources. Interesting, since Coughlin's has only one to go.

Coughlin, 67, was willing to fight to keep former offensive coordinator Kevin Gilbride, 62, but then lost Gilbride to retirement.
McAdoo is 36, and would hardly be one of the youngest head coaches in NFL history, should the Giants long term plan include promoting him after next year. Lane Kiffin took that record when he stepped into the NFL to coach the Oakland Raiders in 2007 at 31 years, eight months old.
