Finnegan was previously listed as doubtful for Sunday's game against the Bears, and his disappointing 2013 campaign will now come to an early end. After piling up 101 tackles and three interceptions in his first season with the Rams, Finnegan registered just 27 tackles and one interception through seven games in 2013. With a $10 million cap number for next season, Finnegan won't necessarily be back with the Rams.
