Colts' Taylor returns vs. Texans after exiting with heel injury
Indianapolis Colts running back Jonathan Taylor returned to Saturday's crucial game against the Houston Texans in the fourth quarter after exiting the matchup in the third frame with a heel injury.
Taylor walked to the locker room before he was ruled as doubtful to return. He managed to return minutes later with around 6:00 left in the final quarter with Indianapolis down 23-17.
The former All-Pro tailback was putting on a show against Houston before exiting the matchup, rushing for 165 yards and one touchdown. He scored Indy's first touchdown of the matchup in the third quarter on a 49-yard run.
The Colts lost offensive tackle Braden Smith and cornerback JuJu Brents, who were both ruled out earlier in the game due to knee and hamstring injuries, respectively.
