He still faces long odds to do so, but on the plus side, Spence did indicate that he has been running and can do "pretty much anything" at this stage. The linebacker, taken by the Steelers in the third round of last year's draft, tore his right ACL, PCL and LCL last August, an injury that also caused peroneal nerve damage. To date, he has yet to take part any of the team's OTAs.
