Packers sign Bakhtiari to reported 4-year, $92M extension
The Green Bay Packers have made David Bakhtiari the highest-paid offensive lineman in NFL history by signing him to a four-year, $92-million contract extension, reports NFL Network's Ian Rapoport.
Bakhtiari's deal holds a maximum value of $105.5 million when including incentives and the remainder of his 2020 salary.
The two sides agreed to the deal Saturday night, hours before the Packers took on the Jacksonville Jaguars, a source told Mike Florio of ProFootballTalk.

Bakhtiari was on track to hit free agency at the end of the season. The 29-year-old has been one of the most consistent left tackles in the league over the last several years, earning four All-Pro nods as either a first-team or second-team selection.
Green Bay selected Bakhtiari in the fourth round of the 2013 draft out of Colorado.
