Shazier still undergoing tests, expected to return to Pittsburgh this week
Pittsburgh Steelers linebacker Ryan Shazier remains in hospital at University of Cincinnati Medical Center a day after being stretchered off the field during Monday night's game following a scary collision.
According to a statement released by doctors at the hospital Tuesday, Shazier will continue to undergo testing and treatment on his spine injury for the next 24-to-48 hours with the expectation of returning to Pittsburgh soon after.

Shazier reportedly has a spinal contusion, and has movement in his lower extremities as of Tuesday morning.
Head coach Mike Tomlin did not provide further medical details at his press conference Tuesday, though he confirmed that he visited Shazier in hospital after the game and that the linebacker was "strangely normal."
