Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver Antonio Brown isn't sympathizing with the Cincinnati Bengals or their injured linebacker Vontaze Burfict.

"Karma, karma ... I ain't talking about nobody. Karma is karma. Karma is life. When you do wrong things, wrong things happen to you. Karma could be on you guys if you do the wrong thing," Brown said, according to Mark Kaboly of The Athletic.

Brown took a hit from Burfict in a 2015 playoff game that caused him to miss the Steelers' AFC Divisional Playoff against the Denver Broncos.

Burfict was carted off Monday night after being on the wrong end of a massive block from Steelers receiver JuJu Smith-Schuster.

Brown also took a serious hit in Monday's game, when Bengals safety George Iloka leveled him in the back of the end zone on the game-tying touchdown in the fourth quarter.

"The guy just left his feet and hit me in the head. Karma for him, too," Brown said.
