Ravens' Wallace ruled out with concussion, appears to search for helmet to re-enter

Baltimore Ravens wide receiver Mike Wallace was ruled out for the day early in Sunday's game against the Minnesota Vikings after a hit from a defender knocked his helmet off.
The Ravens announced shortly after that the receiver had been placed in the league's concussion protocol.

At the start of the second quarter, Wallace was seen on the Ravens' sideline, seemingly searching for his helmet as an apparent means to re-enter the game.
