Fournette inactive vs. Colts, Ivory to start
Charles LeClaire / USA TODAY Sports
Jacksonville Jaguars running back Leonard Fournette is officially inactive for Sunday's game against the Indianapolis Colts due to an ankle injury.
It appeared Fournette would be good to go earlier in the week after suffering the injury in Week 6, but will be forced to the sidelines for the important divisional clash.
Chris Ivory will start in his place.
Fournette has essentially been the entire Jaguars offense this season, racking up 596 rushing yards in six games - the second most in the league.
However, Ivory has proven himself a capable starter in the past and faces a vulnerable Colts defensive front.
