Report: Ray Rice hired as RBs coach at New York high school
Ray Rice is finally getting his second chance at a career in football.
The former Baltimore Ravens running back was hired to coach the position he used to play at New Rochelle High School in New York after volunteering for three years, according to Kevin Devaney Jr. of News 12 Varsity.

Rice attended New Rochelle High himself and also played his college ball in New Jersey at Rutgers.
It was reported that Rice was hired by a different high school in New Jersey in early April, but the school denied the hiring, and it was later reported that he was mentoring some young players, not coaching.
Rice was suspended indefinitely by the NFL and released by the Ravens after video surfaced of him striking his then-fiancee in an elevator in 2014.
