Defensive line prospect Caleb Brantley was involved in a physical altercation with a woman outside a bar in Gainsville, Fla., on Thursday morning, police confirmed to Ryan Bass of WTSP.
The fight reportedly began with the woman striking Brantley, to which he responded by pushing her away, before they spilled out into the roadway around 2 a.m.
Charges weren't filed against Brantley, and police told WTSP the woman didn't come forward.
Brantley, a standout over the past two seasons at Florida, is projected to be one of the first few interior defensive linemen drafted.
The incident, regardless of the avoided charges, will add another piece to the puzzle as teams look to finalize pre-draft evaluations.
