The New Orleans Saints have reached a deal with free-agent linebacker Alex Okafor, according to NFL insider Rand Getlin.
Okafor paid the team a free-agent visit Monday.
He has four years of NFL experience, all of which came with the Arizona Cardinals. He was reduced to a backup role in 2016, where he played in 15 games and had just 13 total tackles but added 3.5 sacks.
