Ravens re-sign Brandon Williams, making him NFL's highest-paid nose tackle

The Baltimore Ravens are re-signing defensive tackle Brandon Williams to a five-year contract, the team announced Thursday.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed by the Ravens, but Williams inked a deal that's worth $54 million with $27.5 million guaranteed, according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport. As a result, Williams is now the NFL's highest-paid nose tackle.
Williams recorded 51 tackles, one sack, and a pass deflection, playing in all 16 games for the Ravens last season.
He was one of the marquee defensive tackles available in this year's class, and Baltimore has secured a stalwart member of its front three.
