Alshon Jeffery has chosen his next team.
It's the Philadelphia Eagles, according to ESPN's Josina Anderson, and it's surprisingly on a one-year deal worth $14 million.
It's likely Jeffery's injury history and 2016 PED suspension impacted his ability to sign the long-term, big-money deal many analysts projected.
Jeffery opted for a one-year deal so he will have the opportunity to hit free agency again in 2018 and possibly cash in with a more substantial contract, according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport.
